4. Recipients and processors

We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:

Zoner Oy – website hosting and server (Finland/EU).
Formspree, Inc. – delivery of contact form messages (USA).
Google (Google Fonts) – delivery of website fonts; transmits the visitor's IP address.
OpenStreetMap – map images for the map feature.

We do not sell or disclose personal data for marketing purposes.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Formspree, which delivers the contact form, operates in the USA, so data you send via the form may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. The transfer is based on appropriate safeguards (including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Cookies

The website does not use tracking or marketing cookies or any analytics tools. We do not place cookies on the visitor's device.

7. Retention period

We retain contact messages only as long as necessary to handle the matter, after which they are deleted. Technical log data is retained for the period defined by the service provider.

8. Your rights
